Detailed Activity Overview

### Bringing Hope and Schooling to Out-of-School Young Girls To commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child, BKC spearheaded a high-impact community outreach project dedicated strictly to **out-of-school girl-children** across Yola South and surrounding rural communities. Northern Nigeria continues to face significant challenges with out-of-school children, with girls disproportionately affected. BKC leveraged its community trust to mobilize parents, community leaders, and local teachers to identify vulnerable girls, organize basic literacy and numeracy classes, and distribute school uniforms, bags, and notebooks. #### Highlights: * Comprehensive data collection and profiling of out-of-school girls. * Counseling and community dialogues with parents on the lifelong value of girl-child education. * Re-enrollment partnerships with public primary schools in Yola South. * Ongoing mentorship and revision support hosted at BKC facilities.
